Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ALZAMEER CAR RENTAL ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services offered through www.alzameerrentacar.com.
By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle or use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on vehicle category).
  • Hold a valid driving license recognized in the UAE.
  • Hold a valid Emirates ID or Passport with Visa copy.
  • Provide valid payment and identification documents.

International customers must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required under UAE law.

3. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation or official approval from our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Rental Charges & Payments

Rental charges are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra mileage
  • Late returns
  • Salik (Toll charges)
  • Traffic fines
  • Fuel shortages
  • Damage repairs

Security deposits may be required and will be refunded as per company policy after clearance of fines and liabilities.

5. Vehicle Usage Terms

By renting a vehicle, you agree:

  • Not to use the vehicle for illegal activities.
  • Not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Not to sub‑rent or transfer the vehicle to another person.
  • Not to use the vehicle for racing, off‑roading, or commercial delivery unless authorized.
  • To return the vehicle in the same condition as received.

Any misuse will result in penalties and legal liability under UAE law.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • All vehicles are insured as per UAE RTA regulations.
  • In case of an accident, the customer must obtain a Police Report.
  • The renter is liable for insurance excess/deductible amounts.
  • Damage without a police report will result in full liability charges.

7. Traffic Fines & Salik

  • The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking violations, impound charges, and Salik toll fees incurred during the rental period.
  • Administrative fees may apply for processing fines.

8. Delivery & Collection

  • Vehicle delivery and pickup services may be offered at additional cost.
  • Customers must be present with original documents at the time of delivery.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the rental start date.
  • Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and payment method.
  • Processing fees may apply.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent bookings.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit website content without permission.

All website content including logos, text, and images are the intellectual property of ALZAMEER CAR RENTAL.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and process customer data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Information collected includes:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Identification documents
  • Payment details

Data is used strictly for booking, legal compliance, and service improvement.

12. Limitation of Liability

ALZAMEER CAR RENTAL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Delays due to mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALZAMEER CAR RENTAL from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from misuse of vehicles or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
